- Conduct comprehensive research, perform thorough gap analysis, and conduct extensive internal/external benchmarking to identify areas for operational optimization. Utilize your seasoned expertise to lead the execution of radical end-to-end transformation initiatives for digital lending journeys
- Design and implement innovative solutions and transformative changes based on in-depth research findings. Your advanced understanding of industry trends and best practices will ensure that these changes are aligned with organizational policies and standards
- Develop robust business cases that include meticulous cost-benefit estimations, demonstrating your ability to strategically support and justify proposed changes and initiatives. Your extensive experience will lend credibility to these business cases, instilling confidence in stakeholders
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of project and change management principles to plan and execute initiatives. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of these initiatives, taking into account the complexities and challenges that arise during implementation
- Provide proactive and expert consultancy services during the initiation and prioritization phases of the change lifecycle. Share strategic insights and senior-level guidance will be instrumental in shaping the direction and focus of change efforts, ensuring maximum impact and benefits
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan activities, including progress tracking, resource monitoring, budget management, and comprehensive operational risk and issue management and this includes, but not limited to, SLA, quality standard, system disruption and vendor related issues etc. Exercise judgment based on expertise and guiding principles to steer the planning process, ensuring efficient and effective execution
- Support the preparation, presentation, and follow-up of ongoing governance reporting, provide insightful analysis and recommendations. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively will inspire confidence among senior leadership
- As a senior manager, you will be required to travel internationally as needed, collaborating with different markets and delivering best-in-class solutions for our customers. Your global perspective and cultural sensitivity will enable you to navigate diverse environments and forge strong partnerships
- Possesses an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation
- Demonstrates a wealth of experience (10 + years) in driving transformative change initiatives within the financial services industry, with a track record of successful outcomes
- Experience in one or more domains within FCS (Underwriting, Fraud Operations, Collections operations, and/or Credit Risk), highlighting a comprehensive understanding of these areas will be an advantage
- Exhibits experience with analytics, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
- Demonstrate proactive engagement and responsiveness in both internal and external audit reviews while effectively and skillfully tackling audit challenges
- Experience in leading or actively participating in UAT testing for large scale of project, and ability to swiftly identify issues and drive the completion of the testing with defined timelines, will be a plus
- Demonstrates a proven track record of leadership within technology teams, utilizing agile methodology, fostering talent, and leveraging tools such as JIRA/Confluence to drive innovation and efficiency
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical matters with senior leaders, bridging the gap between business and technology through clear and concise dialogue
- Brings extensive experience in requirements gathering and design activity, adeptly handling projects and products with a holistic focus on business, operations, and technology
- Demonstrates a remarkable ability to rapidly develop expertise in both technical and non-technical domains, showcasing versatility and adaptability
- Comfortably engages with diverse stakeholders across markets, regions, and various business and technology teams, confidently navigating relationships at all levels of seniority
