- Spearheading the digital strategy for the website, social media channels, and online platforms.
- Implementing cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of media and marketing campaigns.
- Formulating segmentation marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Analyzing customer behavior and engagement patterns to derive actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and the development of targeted offers and personalized rewards.
- Leading online and offline marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, display advertising, mobile app, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
- Generating innovative ideas and content for digital marketing campaigns, and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Evaluating campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborating with the creative and product teams to develop marketing communications and social media campaigns, ensuring timely planning and execution of promotions.
- Creating reports and analytics to evaluate the overall performance of marketing campaigns, CRM activities, and loyalty programs.
- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborating with partners to explore joint promotion opportunities.
- Bachelor degree or abobe
- Minmum 8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrated experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation and affiliate marketing.
- Experience in managing joint promotions with partners, and ability to negotiate beneficial partnership terms
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and PowerBI, coupled with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Data-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Possess strong business acumen, with a sound understanding of customer loyalty and engagement
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English and Cantonese
