- Actively seek out new potential customers and convert them into drivers of business growth working on the US/EU/AU market.
- Create an annual sales plan that aligns with the organization's strategy and objectives.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of effectively managing sales budgets and consistently achieving goals.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of product ranges and price ranges, enabling the identification of suitable customers for orders.
- Collaborate closely with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their needs, requirements, and market trends in the knitted fabric industry.
- Oversee and actively participate in the operation and management of bulk orders.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, while providing accurate quotations and engaging in price negotiations.
- Degree / Diploma holder preferable
- 10+ years of Sales experience in Textile, Clothing or related industries
- Strong and solid selling skills in improving company international profile
- Strong communication skills and customer servicing mind-set
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Occasionally business travel is required
