- Manage a portfolio of restaurants partners, meet with the stakeholders and build strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for client growth and business optimization, work with clients to drive their implementation
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to devise solutions to solve restaurant challenges.
- Create presentation briefs, deep dive into client's business, present data analysis of how their performance and draw key insights/ takeaways for client to implement
- Work with Marketing to manage promotions and campaign planning for your restaurant partners as they join and scale on the platform.
- Monitor operations (quality of services, availability, profitability) and make recommendations to partners for improvements.
- Be motivated to consistently meet or exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop a commercial mindset on driving company projects
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing assigned sales targets.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to support effective decision-making.
- Excellent numerical proficiency and ability to work with complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to influence and engage key stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional teams.
