  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities
  • Support students in their learning and understanding of subjects
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide personalized one-to-one support for students with special educational needs
  • Assist in planning and preparing educational materials
  • Supervise students during activities and break times
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Enhanced DBS check
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient attitude towards students
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a school environment with classrooms and outdoor areas
  • Full-time hours with occasional evening or weekend work for school events
  • May involve working with students with special educational needs
  • Regular interaction with teachers, parents, and other school staff
