Job DescriptionMy client is a recognised name in the Financial Services Sectot, and due to continued growth my client is now looking to increase their team size within the Quality and Compliance department. This opportunity would be ideal for someone with experience with the FCA sector, however you do not have to be an expert as full training will be given therefore compliance experience within a similar environment could also be transferable.In return you will be working for a company that can offer excellent benefits including:

Duties Include:
  • Creating and maintainig compliance checks on all customer files
  • Assisting the Stakeholders with regular report and updates on any compliance issues
  • Liaise with and act at point of contact for all internal stakeholders and exernal customers with regard to queries
  • Ensure that all data breaches and undertakings are recorded on internal reporting system
  • Work with team members to assist with day to day Quality and Control operations
  • Assist management with providing Data Subject Access Requests, Police Production Orders and Regulator Requests
  • Prepare and assist with New Starter Compliance Inductions
  • Take ownership for ensuring all reguolatory records are maintained correctly and accurately
You will have experience of working in a busy FSA regulated Finanical services company or similar and be able to demonstrate regulatory and compliance knowledge. (any qualifications would be a distince advantage). Furthermore, you will be a confident person with excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team and also inidividually.Interested??
