- Analyse market information and forecast sales information to aid the development and implementation of the sales strategy
- Report and analyse sales activity to drive corrective measures towards increasing visibility and profit
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of delivering growth in a manufacturing business (FMCG experience is desired but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
