- Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing team, identifying and nurturing talent, and strengthening succession plans.
- Provide leadership in implement manufacturing and operational strategies, focusing on quality, delivery, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain key customer relationships, working closely with Customer Management to drive P&L management and secure future growth opportunities.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality within the manufacturing operations.
- Serve as a Customer Interface, establishing executive-level relationships and becoming an expert in the customer and respective market sector.
- Optimize labour contribution to achieve customer deliveries and overall organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to procedures, work instructions, and assembly build instructions, while driving sustained quality improvements.
- Leverage and implement best practices for operations across the UK region.
- Previous leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the EMS sector or closely related industries (Electronics, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, etc.).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and direction to the management team.
- Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to influence and effectively implement customer strategies.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical related field of study.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
