- You'll embed yourself in your clients' markets and grow your own professional brand as the go to person for advertising expertise, understanding how you compete and compliment other media, growing your share of the market.
- Aligning yourself closely with the Direct Sales Operations functions, fostering good relationships which allow you to work in the most efficient way.
- Experience in Media
- You're a natural salesperson and as your focus is on high value clients, you'll have a consultative strategic sales style.
- You have a skill for listening and understanding your clients, sometimes reading between the lines to get to the core of who they are and what they need.
- You'll be highly organised, adopting a structured way of working and always looking for ways to improve and grow your sales skills.
- A tenacious individual who is strong problem solver
- An independent person who can work well alone and as part of a team
