Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Develop existing clients and explore new opportunities to maximise revenue potential.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, focusing on increasing the value of current customers and attracting new ones.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales order process and generate new business quotes.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Forecast, track, and report on key account metrics for sales meetings.
  • Research organisations and individuals to find new opportunities and create account plans/reviews.
  • Conduct project reviews with key stakeholders to understand best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Good understanding of the point-of-sale (POS)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across different levels.
  • Ability to deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Design, Development, or Furniture will be an advantage
