- Supply chain analyst focused on new product change management
- Part of and supports supply chain matters within Integrated Product Teams
- Assesses and supports implementing engineering changes within the supply chain to ensure operations are supported
- Monitors and highlights impact to part and program cost
- Responsible for sourcing new parts in support of engineering change that are aligned to new program sourcing strategies and approved by commodity management
- Accountable for ensuring implementation of engineering change drives supply chain demand
- Engages with supply base to ensure alignment to cost and time challenges
- Influences others out side of supply chain regarding change implementation decisions and actions
- Focused on supporting operations within supply chain new product parameters
- Understanding of engineering drawings and quality material review board policies

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in supply chain, material/logistics, operations management or related field; OR 5 years of supply chain experience
- Ability to work cross functionally with all organization levels at supplier and various strategic business units
- Experience in Sourcing and quoting materials
- Experience working with SAP
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings
- Prior experience in the Aerospace Industry
- ISM, APICS, CIPS or other internationally recognized Supply Chain certification
