- Design, deploy and optimize email campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results
- Work closely with regional legal and regulatory teams to ensure all processes are compliant with country requirements
- Organize events such as tradeshows and webinars in Marketo, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms
- Integrate Asia specific automation between Marketo-SFDC-WeChat/Line/Kakao as applicable
- Working with our teams in the countries and globally to develop and execute marketing automation strategies within customer journeys, contact management, segmentation, and measurement of success.
- Leveraging data to continuously optimize and improve existing processes and suggest improvements and additions
- Develop automation platform data connections, API integrations, custom objects, and activity tracking as needed to support the countries.
- Develop business processes and governance model for managing Marketo including role definition, workspaces, partition, user rights, licenses, and program folder structures to best support a regionalized working model.
- Define and execute the website strategy for Asia country websites by bringing them at parity with the US, understanding regional requirements and developing templates and a content roadmap alongside local countries
- Defining the web publishing process for Asia between global, regional and local stakeholders using Sitecore.
- Develop, maintain and publish web pages on internal sites (including country calendars, newsroom, thought leadership,etc.) using Sitecore and support the execution of publishing on external sites
- Integrate forms on website working closely with outbound web and marketing automation teams to ensure correct flow of data to customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement for marketing automation programs and integrations. Devise and support projects to integrate marketing technologies.
- Manage system enhancements/upgrades, troubleshoot system issues/bugs, and oversee deployment to the global Corporate and Region marketing teams.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and enablement teams to guide the lead lifecycle process from a regional perspective in addition to aligning our campaign strategies, lead management, nurturing, routing, and scoring initiatives to ensure success in the regions.
- Advise marketing teams on best practices for content, audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, reporting, systems, and marketing tools to launch a successful program
- Report on and measure marketing initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Partner with Brand & Creative teams (includes Web, Creative Design, Production and Social Media) to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation strategies to optimize effectiveness of each channel in support of marketing objectives and program results.
- Overlapping projects with Social and Web Publishing teams including supporting web and social publishing and coordination with countries
- Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience within a B2B enterprise marketing team. 5+ years focused on email marketing and automation programs management including web and 3rd party application integration, database hygiene and quality management, and performance reporting.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and CRM platforms. Currently Marketo and Salesforce certified. Account Based Marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in integrating Asia specific social channels with SFDC – eg. WeChat, LINE, Kakao etc.
- Ability to effectively work in a highly matrixed function and drive alignment between multiple cross-functional stakeholders globally and regionally (IT, Sales Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Regulatory)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com reports and experience successfully collaborating with Sales to improve results. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze program effectiveness and ROI.
- Experience publishing content using enterprise content management systems.
- Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
- Strong understanding of workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle
- Strong knowledge of data standardization and normalization, database structure and queries
- Must possess a passion for learning industry-leading marketing technologies, tactics and best practices. Proven success leading adoption of new marketing strategies and tools globally.
- Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills; extreme attention to detail
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to foster strong, professional relationships across all levels.
- Experience working with European teams and stakeholders. Working knowledge of French, German, Dutch preferred.
- Ability to travel overseas as needed.
- Mininmum BS/BA Degree Required
