- Develop and execute strong, functionally aligned brand plans and Integrated Commercial Planning in the category while driving, tracking and monitoring the performance of the brands/portfolio.
- Drive portfolio expansion strategies and the Innovation&Renovation Pipeline.
- Contribute to the channel strategy and in store execution for the respective brands/portfolio.
- Contributes to the development of OBPs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and lead the 360 brand communication campaign direct to parents.
- Drive the execution of the aligned brand plans and tactics across teams and functions.
- Bachelor degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Marketing with the last 2 years as a Senior Brand Manager.
- Experience in FMCG is mandatory.
- Strong understanding and experience in consumer communication and trade communication and activations.
