F2F Team Leader at UNICEF Finland in Jyväskylä and Tampere teams
The task of the F2F team is to recruit new monthly donors for UNICEF. The F2F team has an important fundraising task as UNICEF's results help the most underprivileged children in the world in the fields of education, health, equality and child protection. The F2F team's employees play a very important and visible role in the creation of the customer experience when encountering the general public to inspire them to join UNICEF as monthly donors.
The F2F team's new monthly donor's recruitment takes place in various locations, such as shopping centers, fairs, events and door-to-door fundraising through direct face-to-face contact with customers.
We are now looking for a competent Team Leader who will continue to sustainably grow the monthly donor base with the help of their own excellent fundraising/sales skills. The Team lLeader needs to have experience in Finnish work culture, proven experience in fundraising/sales, achieving results and ability to motivate team colleagues to good performance.
We expect you to be able to travel to different parts of the city you are working in, and to a nearby location once a month for one work week. You'll also travel to Helsinki regularly for workshops, personnel days and other meetings. Our F2F team is multicultural with people from different backgrounds, ethnicity and of different ages. However, you must be over 18 to apply. The working language of the F2F team is English, and the main working language of UNICEF Finland is Finnish. However, for this role, it is not a requirement to know Finnish.
As a F2F Team Leader your responsibilities include:Fundraising is the main responsibility of your role. By achieving your fundraising targets you will lead by example.
D2D planning - mapping & scouting, communicating.
Fundraising & Productivity reporting.
Fundraising promotion Stand de/construction at private site fundraising locations.
Understanding of team and house working practices to support the fundraisers in the team.

We have 5 shifts per week from Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 20.30 o'clock. Occasionally there's also weekend work. The weekly working hours are on average 30h/week.
A permanent work contract with a monthly salary of 2409,91 € that accumulates annual holiday days.
