HR Assistant Manager (Talent Acquisition)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Working Location: Kwai Chung
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 5:30pm, 1 year contract (renewable), $30-35K

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for hiring
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans
• Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain high-potential employees
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify key talent needs and create talent acquisition plans
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for enhancing recruitment effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experiences, specializing in Talent Acquisition
• Solid understanding of the logistics industry, including knowledge of roles and skills required for office positions
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills to both internal and external parties
• Familiar with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and HR technology solutions
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and meet deadlines
• Solid knowledge of relevant employment ordinance and regulations
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
