- Implement and oversee the American curriculum, ensuring high academic standards and student achievement
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student well-being and engagement
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative educational programs and initiatives
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community
- Saudi female with fluency in English
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience with the American curriculum
- At least 5 years of experience as a Principal or in a senior leadership role within an American curriculum school.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the American education system and curriculum.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing a diverse faculty and staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for educational excellence, student-centered learning, and fostering a positive school culture.
