Designing of the building automation and instrumentation systems in BIM Model (REVIT 3d)
Coordination of the

, ventilation, , lighting, and * Providing electrical/controls/automation technical support and execution of projects/assignments from initial concept to final closeout

Preparing technical specifications (mainly based on UFGS), compiles Bill of Materials, develops drawings and layouts of the electrical, control system and automation
Preparing basis of design of the project and development of required appendixes like I/O list and interdisciplinary interfaces
Provides guidance to entry level engineers

Qualifications

Good knowledge of English
Master of Science in Electrical/Automation Engineering
Minimum 3 years post-undergraduate experience
Proven related professional experience in Electrical/BMS/UMCS/BAS Installation Design Practice
Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
Experience in all project phases, from pre-design through project close-out
Experience with international clients or with international companies
Driving licence cat. B
