You’ll design and implement new features that will improve our Merchants' experience.Build new features in our Acquiring Host that are reliable, scalable, and secure.Prepare and deploy internal and external software solutions, working closely with our cloud engineering team.Develop and implement our systems to abstract the complexity of the hosts to the other areas of the company.Document all the processes and integrations, providing clear and comprehensive guides for internal use and compliance purposes.Understand, enforce, and advocate for our production readiness guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field3+ years of experience in development or DevOps roles, especially in GoLang, C#, and Helm charts.Comfortable with ownership and empowerment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on deployment of applications, either developed by the team or acquired from suppliers.Great documentation reading and writing skills.Experience with open-source observability tooling (monitoring, logging, and tracing) and how to leverage it to support team services and help our clients (other teams).Nice to HaveProficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration, networking, and security.Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (preference for AWS).Familiarity with FinTech industry standards and protocols in general (including, but not limited to, PCI-DSS).Additional InformationWe trust you, so we offer flexible working hours, as long it suits both you and your team;Health Insurance;Meal Allowance;25 days of Annual leave (+ Bank holidays);Public Transportation Card;Frequent team events & activities in the office and outside;Office snacks every day;Friendly, comfortable and informal office environment.
