- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotel accommodations, spa services, packages, and corporate events.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, advertising materials, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to anticipate and respond to changing demands effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments, including operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.
- Represent the hotel and spa at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
