- Identify and close high-impact, multi-unit sales opportunities with commercial, institutional, and municipal clients.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, targeting new prospects and nurturing existing accounts using Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize campaign success.
- Stay informed on industry trends, incentives, market developments, and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrate an understanding of product features and benefits to align with customer needs.
- 2-3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, branding, or high-impact products. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong account development skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Comfortable working with all levels of the customers’ organization and navigating long sales cycles (6–18 months).
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Use CRM to track all sales activities and manage opportunity pipeline.
- Leverage the use of AI to improve sales effectiveness.
- Must live and travel up to 25% within the Southeastern U.S., preferably Florida.
- Base Salary: $65,000 with uncapped, tiered commission structure.
