Our client is currently seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Business Partner to join their team, presenting an exceptional career opportunity.In this role, you will report to the Site Finance Director, collaborating closely with the Finance team and operational units to provide essential financial insights supporting the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include partnering with stakeholders across all levels to develop, monitor, and manage critical financial and non-financial performance metrics.The Job
  • Lead the development of forecasts and budgets at the site, ensuring alignment with corporate targets and deadlines.
  • Foster partnerships to support site commercialization initiatives, collaborating with departments like S&T and Research & Development to manage costings and strategic investments effectively.
  • Oversee Monthly Performance Reporting, providing insights on variances and ensuring timely completion of financial activities.
  • Chair monthly Finance Council meetings and uphold Financial Stewardship and Governance standards at the site.
  • Offer financial business partnering to key leadership members, assisting in budget planning, result analysis, and identifying productivity opportunities.
  • Establish and integrate finance performance metrics within the business, delivering insightful analysis and recommendations.
  • Drive initiatives focused on enhancing site productivity and continuous process optimization.
  • Contribute to operational and strategic initiatives such as costing new products and fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital investments and finance process improvement projects.
  • Provide guidance on internal financial controls, facilitate audits, and ensure compliance with regulations such as SOX.
Do you have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic business partnering, preferably within a manufacturing context.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Understanding of inventory accounting and manufacturing variances.
  • Proficiency in SAP, BPC, and the MS Office suite.
  • Experience in supporting capital expenditure projects and grant applications.
  • Strong leadership skills, coupled with technical and analytical proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
