- Create production schedules and timelines for projects, monitor & ensure that projects are executed on time and address any issues or delays.
- Coordinate in procuring and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands.
- In charge of material sampling, product development and improving the created products as well as confirming with clients on specifications for the custom orders.
- Monitor and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process.
- Promptly coordinate and communicate with artisan groups, suppliers, vendors, team members, management, wholesale customers, and visitors of the local HQ shop
- Maintain accurate production records, including project files, work orders, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Must have a bachelor's degree/ diploma in a related field.
- Must have at least 4 years' experience in a production Coordinator role (preferably in Crafts, beadwork and leather)
- Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in using excel /other relevant software and be detail oriented.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, interpersonal people management skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
