- Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders

- Input financial data into the accounting system accurately and promptly
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Track and record financial transactions
- Assist with audits and provide support during tax preparation
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software Sage and MS Excel
- must have practice experience
- Acca/AAT experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly reliable and trustworthy
