We are currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant who possesses a wide range of skills and experience in computer usage, technical know-how, content writing, email communication, kindly refer to detailed description.Office Administrative Assistant: We are currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant who possesses a wide range of skills and experience in computer usage, technical know-how, content writing, email communication etc His/Her primary responsibilities will include assisting with technical support, content creation, email correspondence. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong computer and technical skills, including experience with software and hardware troubleshooting. This role requires a candidate who has the following skills and attributes: ● ADVANCED COMPETENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE / GOOGLE DRIVE/GOOGLE CALENDAR ● General high-level administration to support the management team - creating invoices, liaising with accountant, filing, payments and management of bank statements. ● Tracking and managing key tasks in the day-to-day operation of the business. ● A high standard of English and writing ability ● Excellent time management and organizational skills. ● Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running, managing everyday retreat arrangements/scheduling. ● Knowledgeable in writing ● Creating and scheduling social media posts, knowledge of canva. ● Email Management ● Google My Business Manage/ Manage Bookings on Tripaneer, Airbnb, Bookings.com ● Available for approximately 20-25 hours a weekProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHCompetencies
  • Answer phone calls, receive customers, inform or orient customers
  • Code and archive professional files, meeting reports...
  • Code and enter customers' data (registration of cheques, stock exchange orders...) and update monitoring table
  • Code, file and archive documents
  • Follow-up personnel files administratively. Organise recruitments and trainings logistically
