Job Description:The innovation product engineer is responsible for the development of pneumatic and climate innovation products, in line with new product thoughts, prototyping process, planning control and cost targets. He/she produces complete engineering designs and is responsible for creating all the associated documentations. The main missions of the roles are to:

Generate innovation ideas and apply to design concepts, produce conforming designs, parameters, and calculations.
Develop feasible designs, considering available manufacturing processes. Perform engineering calculations for mass, strength, and mechanical performance.
Prepare and maintain engineering presentation documents.
For each assigned innovation project, provide alternative design solutions accompanied by analysis, supporting information and recommendations.
Lead all design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies for designs.
Maintain strong familiarity with seat comfort and wellness products, good basement of related knowledge is required.
Ensure that designs comply with government and market demands.
Complete all assignments following prescribed schedules.
Actively participate in product design reviews when required.
Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management \ Rules and Regulations \ Values \ Employee handbook of the company.
Others temporary job given by Innovation Manager.
