The pre-opening team is responsible and handling all planning, setup, organizing and preparation works for a successful launch of the hotel at the end of the year.In your role as Executive Chef, you would be reponsible for:
In charge of overall culinary operation;
Ensuring a quality product for our guests;
And securing profit margins while maintaining the corporate image of the company at all times.
If you are
Strong at western cuisine and with good understanding of Southeastern Asian food
Creative and well know Beijing and international F&B trends
Outgoing and flexible with a very proactive and positive attitude
With at least 10 years kitchen experience in an international hotel with a minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; pre-opening experience is a plus
