- Handle guest inquiries by telephone and email in relation to restaurant reservations, services facilities and prices
- Input and update restaurant reservations accurately into relevant systems
- Coordinate with other operating departments to arrange guests' preferences
- Prepare reports to management
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time
- Preferably 1-year working experience in hotel, restaurant or other service industry. Fresh graduates from a relevant discipline will also be considered
- A diploma or certificate holder from technical college or hotel school is preferred
- Strong communication skills with good command of English and Chinese. Proficient in computer and telephone manners. Strong administrative skills
- Great team player, well-organized and able to adapt to face-paced environment
- Familiar with restaurant/ hotel reservations system would be an advantage
