Job DescriptionMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all service contracts with service-providing companies and vendors including insurance companies, travel agencies, security and cleaning companies, etc.Oversee management of office stores for supplies and furniture, ensure the appropriate use of office stationery, supervise stock, and ensure the cleanliness of the storeroom.Ensures availability, suitability, and maintenance of vehicle transport service to enable all components to perform their duties effectively and promptly.Ensure that all important documents related to general services operations and administration including contract agreements, and correspondences are kept appropriately.Carries out various activities related to materials handling, warehousing and inventory control, and/or property management.Handle matters arising from government offices, visitors, court cases, visas, work permits, etc.Assures office and compound cleanness and guard services are carried out according to schedule.Handle travel and transportation programs for all official travels.Manage leased property utilization and its proper maintenance.Recruit, supervise, and manage staff for the general service section.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.RequirementsAcademic qualificationBA in Business Management, Logistics, or related business fieldAdditional qualificationsExcellent inter-personal & intra-personal communication skills.Ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities.Ability to create and work in a team.Self-motivated and result oriented.Basic Computer skills are mandatory.Able to drive a light vehicle and has a driving license.Young and energeticYears of experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar /comparable positionWorkplace: Addis AbabaSalary: Negotiable and attractive benefitsEmail me jobs like thisAbout SARIA RecruitmentSARIA Provides efficient Recruitment, Payroll and EOR service in Ethiopia.
