What you'll do:
Collaborate with teachers to support student groups.
Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records.
Address students' personal needs, including minor first aid, and provide guidance on pastoral, social, health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
Maintain open communication with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor students' development.
Work with students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
Serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues.
What you'll need:
Previous experience working with children.
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
An enhanced child DBS (assistance provided if required).
Proficiency in behavior and classroom management.
Patience to assist students in comprehending lessons and participating in planned activities.
