What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with teachers to support student groups.
  • Provide regular feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Address students' personal needs, including minor first aid, and provide guidance on pastoral, social, health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
  • Maintain open communication with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor students' development.
  • Work with students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience.
  • Serve as a positive role model for both students and colleagues.
What you'll need:
  • Previous experience working with children.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with children.
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
  • An enhanced child DBS (assistance provided if required).
  • Proficiency in behavior and classroom management.
  • Patience to assist students in comprehending lessons and participating in planned activities.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
