- Strategic thinking and know-how for E2E delivery performance improving through root cause identification and solution design.
- Drives / Supports E2E delivery chain related projects to cover all related business needs in DI CN to enable sales growth and provide superior experience to customers (e.g. customer proximity, warehouse tender & implementation project, network design, etc.)
- Seeking opportunity and drive for cost, productivity and performance optimization through innovative and digital solution and technology
- To lead Delivery Chain CIP improvement activities, e.g. process mapping via VSM, VSD method to reflect on productivity and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in supply chain management, logistics management or industrial engineering, related disciplines
- Minimal 5 years' experience and strong knowledge in supply chain management, 2 years in project management as project manager
- Fluently English in both writing and oral
- Good computer skills including SAP, Excel, PPT, and Digital/Automation tool,, etc.
