- Performing routine inspections and quality tests, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Identifying and addressing potential quality issues and provide solutions for improvement.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to enhance production processes and product quality.
- Documenting and reporting findings, including suggestions for improvements.
- Supporting the implementation of new quality protocols and procedures.
- Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and standards.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Worked in a similar position previously within quality or have a strong interest in this area of manufacturing.
- A well-developed understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
- Good communication skills to effectively report findings and suggest improvements.
- Hourly rate c£17 per hour.
- On-going temporary assignment to start as soon as possible.
