- Prepare the work files for the suppliers with a PLM, create with Ilustrator the black and white, interior and exterior, front and back technical drawings with the seams, finishing technique and necessary construction;
- Ensure that the information is complete for the development of styles as well as for obtaining prices with our suppliers;
- Measure and evaluate the quality of the styles under his/her responsibility;
- Prepare fitting sessions with team members;
- Communicate with suppliers the reports of corrections, fittings and quality;
- Communicate internally with changes or quality issues during development;
- Participate in meetings to present the collections to start the styles under his/her responsibility;
- Provide technical support for other team members as needed;
- Work closely with the purchasing and design teams and ensure that the direction of styles corresponds to the products purchased;
- Maintain up-to-date documents regarding the quality standards established by the company.
- College diploma in fashion design or equivalent experience;
- 7-10 years of relevant experience;
- General knowledge of the bikini and/or bra and/or lingerie product;
- Essential bilingualism in writing (Both English and French) and basic functional English to speak it (The person will have to interact with suppliers from outside Canada);
- Knowledge of Illustrator, PLM and Microsoft software;
- Knowledge and relevant experience in pattern and gradation;
- Sense of organization, respect for deadlines, meticulousness and autonomy.
