- Conduct in-depth analysis of technical documentation, including product specifications and manufacturing processes, to verify alignment with SFDA requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including certification specialists and regulatory experts, to provide technical support and guidance throughout the certification process.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SFDA regulations, offering insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Participate in client meetings and consultations to address technical queries, provide clarification on regulatory requirements, and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on changes and developments in SFDA regulations, communicating updates internally and assisting in the adaptation of processes and procedures accordingly.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal tools, resources, and training materials related to SFDA compliance and certification processes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and industry organizations, to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in SFDA compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Care, Epidemiology, Preventive Health, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology, Pharmacology, Health Promotion, Health Security, Virology, Preventive Medicine, Public Health, and Microbiology.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Cosmetics/Certification field.
- Extensive knowledge of SFDA regulations and requirements, with prior experience in regulatory compliance or certification preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex technical documentation and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for document review, data analysis, and project management.
