- Support the class teacher in contributing effectively towards pupils learning.
- Have knowledge and understanding of a variety of additional learning needs.
- Experience working with additional learning needs.
- Deal with a variety of challenging behaviour
- Motivate & engage pupils throughout the day.
- Work with small groups or a 1:1 basis
- Be willing to actively support and contribute effectively towards learning of pupils within schools.
- Have a “get involved” attitude, using their initiative to assist pupils and have a positive influence on their day!
- Have a positive approach towards aiding the learning and development of young children.
- Experience working within a school (ideal)
- Experience working with children (Essential)
- Experience working with ALN (Essential)
- Enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
