As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll create organizational success by aligning HR strategies with our business goals.   • Data & Insights:
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and make informed decisions.
  • Leverage data to inform talent management strategies and support business goals.
  • Strategic Alignment:
  • Work with business leaders to understand organizational goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
  • Build impactful partnerships with leadership and client groups.
  • Consultation with Client Groups:
  • Be a trusted consultant, providing HR expertise and insights on people-related matters.
  • Work cross-functionally to equip employees and managers with the necessary tools to achieve strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with international People Partner to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration across borders.
  • People Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with our People Operations and Technology, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning and Development teams to provide comprehensive People support.
  • Address compensation practices, benefits, career progression, and recruitment strategies.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide guidance and coaching to promote inclusive leadership practices.
  • Act as tier 1 support, involve relevant stakeholders in more complex cases and escalate issues as necessary with the Employee Relations Manager to ensure resolution and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Additionally, proactively identify trends and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks related to employee relations.
  • Talent Management:
  • Collaborate on workforce planning, retention, and succession strategies.
  • Partner with recruitment on all business hiring needs.
  • Support professional development planning for individuals and teams.
  • Change Management:
  • Manage all stages of organizational change effectively.
  • Ensure employees are well-prepared for transitions and adapt to changes seamlessly.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Partner with the business to develop and execute Employee Engagement Surveys and lead follow-up action planning.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze survey results, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Additionally, provide ongoing support and resources to managers and leaders to promote continuous improvement in employee engagement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 10+ years experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate clarity and effectiveness in expressing ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Exhibits a strong ability to connect with others, fostering positive relationships while facilitating communication exchanges in diverse settings.
  • Progressive strategist with a proven track record of implementing transformative initatives and fosterinf innovation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
