- Previous experience in account management;
- Working living in US/UK;
- Knowledge of customer success processes;
- Experience in document creation.
- 5 days work week: Wed-Sun, from 10 am till 19 pm
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value;
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect;
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment;
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes;
- Enhance Customer Training;
- Evaluate and Forecast Customer Needs;
- Advocate for Customers;
- Promote Customer Loyalty;
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value;
- Minimize customer churn.
