Qualifications Experience:

English proficiency level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong attention to detail, good follow-up and the ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs;
Ability to demonstrate self-discipline to work independently without direct supervision;
Ability to prioritize, analyze, and problem solve;
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
Quick learner and great working attitude;
Self-driven and proactive nature;
Excellent interpersonal skills.

A BIG Plus:

Previous experience in account management;
Working living in US/UK;
Knowledge of customer success processes;
Experience in document creation.
