You'll report to Pär Rohman Industrial Manager in Motala and work alongside a team of industrial engineers and technicians to ensure the best possible production opportunities.Day-to-day, you'll work closely with the various functions at the Motala site such as production team, engineering, quality, supply chain, and the customer to make sure we perform our work in most efficient, safe, ergonomic, and sustainable ways and with clear instructions.We'll look to you for:· Leading the planning and industrial responsibilities on the Motala site.· Industrialization of upcoming work and improvement of ongoing work in terms of instructions, bills of materials, tools, and work sequencing.· Plan and lead industrial validation activities.· Defining and pushing for a standard way of working and continuous improvement.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
