- Deliver commercial and product revenue targets through building bullet proof go-to-market plans, initiatives and forecasting.
- Oversee the BPO Sales partnership alongside the BPO Operations Manager through sales enablement, process improvement, automation and profitability reporting.
- Drive a newly created digital sales function through setting goals, managing cross functional stakeholders and leveraging new technology and tools.
- Lead a team of 3 operations and sales experts to deliver strategic plans with executional excellence.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for growth through managing short term target attainment while strategizing long term plans.
- Partner with Product Managers, Community Operations, Sales Systems and Sales Ops both locally and regionally to to continue delivering incremental growth.
- Track record of successfully scaling B2B sales and/or operational initiatives
- Experience managing and leading a team to deliver projects and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience pitching new initiatives to ELTs.
- Experience building, managing and measuring digital sales and marketing tools E.g. CRM, SMS, Paid Media
- Ability to understand opportunities and limitations of the Tech Stack; Salesforce, Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- A customer-first attitude, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty through jumping on calls with customers, brainstorming email subject lines and building salesforce reports.
