This position provides an opportunity to work across multiple systems and programs to support Airborne Electronic Hardware development.The Senior Airborne Electronic Hardware Engineer will join the Airplane Systems Integration team and will motivate TP develop and foster relationships with stakeholders (internal/external) and provide mentorship within the organization.Position Responsibilities:Leads work to develop, verify, document and approve Airborne Electronic Hardware (AEH) in electronic and electrical systems and equipmentApproves analysis and translation of system requirements to hardware requirements and detailed design data to create AEHLeads review of hardware requirements validation and verification work in complex system designs to assure that operational and functional requirements are metWorks with others to approve equipment verification strategies and system hardware testing to meet airplane certification requirementsConducts independent reviews of equipment developer processes and data, and reports results to program leadershipProvides critical support for changes to AEH in fielded equipment over the entire product lifecycleThis position is hybrid / Telecommuting. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
