As a camp / after-school Teacher }, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development.Responsibilities:
- Develop balanced and appropriate lesson plans tailored to each child's developmental level
- Document learning experiences through creative displays and pictures
- Maintain open and positive communication with families on a daily basis
- Ensure a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment for toddlers
- Adhere to childcare licensing standards
- Thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a preschool environment is preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and upbeat personality, comfortable interacting with parents
- Energetic, nurturing, and positive attitude towards children
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
