Job Description - Conduct business development (BD) and existing sales activities in a 50:50 ratio - Perform cold calls and schedule appointments - Provide regular reports regarding sales activities and progress - Meet sales targets; while there is no monthly incentive, bonuses are provided based on performance - Visit clients using the company car, with the option for self-drivingJob Requirement - Min. diploma degree in Engineering, Business, or related field - Proven experience (2-3 years) in technical sales, preferably within the injection molding or plastics manufacturing industry - Strong understanding of injection molding processes and equipment - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Proficient in English (min. high conversational) - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients
