And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionSenior IT Infrastructure Specialist is a role in our Technical Support Center located in Katowice, Poland in our Managed Services Team.This is the team responsible for the configuration, maintenance and management of IT infrastructure (VMware, servers, domains, backup, storage) in factories around the world. You will handle the monitoring, implementation and configuration of new sites - according to Rockwell Automation standards, as well as documentation of processes and solutions.You will report to the Supervisor, located in Katowice.What you will do:Monitoring of IT infrastructure at the customer.Talk to customers. You are the face of our company to our customers.
