A growing law firm is seeking a dedicated individual with a minimum of 4 years’ experience to join their brand new Private Client department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within the Private Client Department and make a real impact to the firm.As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of your workload. Business development skills are essential as you will be responsible for growing the new department. Your proven background in Private Client work will be crucial to succeed in this role, as you will be involved in a variety of tasks including the preparation of Wills, administration of Estates for business and private clients, lifetime and post-death tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection orders.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong track record in Private Client work and be able to demonstrate your ability to work independently.
