Yarra Leisure is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Learn to Swim team across Richmond Recreation Centre, Fitzroy Pool, and Collingwood Leisure Centre. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of the Yarra community by delivering exceptional aquatic programs, including Learn to Swim, Squad, and school-based initiatives. Working within a supportive and inclusive environment, this position is key to fostering a positive team culture and ensuring that the community enjoys safe, engaging, and high-quality aquatic servicesThe ideal candidate will have experience managing aquatic programs, building and mentoring large teams, and ensuring operational excellence. Required qualifications include a Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification, current CPR, and a Working with Children Check. This role involves overseeing program scheduling, staff rostering, training, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
