- Analyzing key performance indicators to assess the operational status of educational technologies, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement associated plans.
- Creating opportunities to enhance educational technology, implement best practices, update systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Developing an educational technology budget and allocating operational resources for it, monitoring and controlling costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and managing risks.
- Working closely with the private education sector, the public education sector, academic affairs, and Information Technology management to promote cooperation, coordination, communication, and building strong relationships, maintaining and supporting effective decision-making and problem-solving.
- Providing strong leadership and guidance to the team, including talent recruitment and development, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Implementing and improving technological solutions and systems to support the private education sector, the public education sector, academic affairs, and enhance efficiency, keeping pace with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Maintaining relationships with the private education sector, the public education sector, academic affairs, and affiliated departments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing internal company relationships to support the growth and success of clients.
- Mitigating risks associated with educational technology and researching for the best suitable technologies.
- Reporting on the annual educational technology strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant field.
- 10 years of experience or less for those holding a bachelor's degree or 15 years for those holding a diploma in the field of work or a related field.
- Experience in educational technologies is a must.
- A Proven track record of leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives within large-scale organizations, preferably within the education sector.
- Expertise in emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices, with a focus on their application in an educational context.
- Strong strategic mindset coupled with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to excellence and a passion for leveraging technology to empower and enrich the educational experience.
