- Deal directly with customers - mainly by email
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Support the internal team with data processing and verifying accuracy
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Fluent in English
- Customer service orientation - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Advanced in Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptability and Initiative
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau would be a plus
