Job Description:Role Overview:The Channel Operations Administrator is part of the EMEA Channel team, her/his role is to interact with customers and our Channel Account Managers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. To find appropriate information, he/she will have to be in touch with different departments within Fortinet (Operations, Finance, Technical, IT…) located in the US Silicon Valley headquarters, the Sophia Antipolis EMEA headquarters, and other regional offices. This person will also support the Channel Team by processing data related to various sales activities using Excel and Salesforce.com.Responsibilities:
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs.
  • Deal directly with customers - mainly by email
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Support the internal team with data processing and verifying accuracy
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer service orientation - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptability and Initiative
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau would be a plus
