Today we are expanding our reach by operating in eight countries and experimenting with new endeavors that will create a large impact in the markets and industries we touch.Get to know the roleAs part of the Product Operations team, Content Analyst role provides a unique opportunity to be at the center of information structure and data management of content in the Accommodation Unit. It’s a blend of analytical, technical, management, processing, and agility roles in driving successful stability, quality, and iteration of content. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing content product and its data hygiene, managing content structure and process, delivering excellence in activities related to content, and involving in stakeholders management with engineering, product management, marketing, operations, as well as external stakeholders.What you’ll be doing:Analyze data, set up operational processes, monitor performance, and solve technical issues related to content (Hotel Content, Room Content, etc).Manage content related processes (inventory import, data mapping, QA, etc) and monitor performance of the pertaining tools.Maintain the structure of content information, its quality, and technical flow to ensure excellent business processCreate a step-by-step process for team members to execute the content operation task, such as hotel and room mapping.
