Job Description:A. Accountabilities
- Ensure HR Policy and Process Robustness:
· Ensure labour law adherence in all HR operations;
· Drum beating internal policy alignment between different legal entities & different cities;
· Secure the feasibility of deployment of policy defined, translating policy into operation process;- Drive Ethic and Compliance in HR Operations:
· Ensure Ethic and Compliance in HR operations;
· Boost the HR E&C capability within the HR team;
· Promote and streamline the investigation process;B. Dimensions
Contribute to the overall design of HR policy and process; in charge of the HRIS solution in China. Lead and drive HR Ethic & Compliance overall process in HR operations.C. Main activities
- Process and Policy
· Review and amend HR policies and procedures on all personnel matters under manager and lawyer’s instruction and advice to ensure HR policies and procedures are fully accessible
· Align and drum beat to deliver policies, process regarding HR China company management including Employee Handbook, Internal Regulations, daily rules, regulations, etc.
· Maintain related legal documents up to dated
· Assist in undertaking appropriate consultation with individuals, trade unions and managers; to provide information and advice on HR policies and process implementation.
· Maintain HR legal knowledge and observe all statutory and local policy compliance in the undertaking of all responsibilities to provide suggestion on employment issues and HR business development
· Full support to HRBP and function HR team on HR communication and disputes that are relevant to labour law.
· Communicate with quality / lean team to support each process owner for the process improvements in HR
· Assist with other HR related jobs/projects when required.- HR Ethic and Compliance:
· Establish Ethic and Compliance roadmap for HR in China, and follow-up on the implementation
· Promote Ethic and Compliance culture in HR team and HR operations

· Investigation reportsE. Qualifications Requirements:· Above 5 years’ experience in MNC in HR management, with deep understanding and hands-on ability of local labour practices and legislation in China
· Degree in Human Resources management or law
· Good communication (both written and spoken) skills in both Chinese and English.
· Excellent interpersonal and influencing skill
