- Leading and coaching Store Managers in Central London, Visual Merchandising Specialist London and a District Manager to recruit, engage and develop their stores and provide customers with an attainable luxury shopping experience
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives that deliver the clusters market plan through high levels of collaboration with global & local stakeholders.
- Collaborating with Key Account Managers to drive the wholesale strategy forward including identifying new business development opportunities.
- Forecasting and controlling the retail payroll budget and optimizing store productivity levels
- Providing feedback, recommendations and industry insight to the Head of Sales UKI/FLM team to shape trading actions and influence mid – long term planning.
- Implementing tools to facilitate the effective management of controllable costs to maximize profitability
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Multi-Site Management in a fast paced, wholesale, fashion/ attainable luxury retail environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills
- Good people management and stakeholder management skills
- Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
