YOUR MISSIONAssistant Manager, Category Planning SEA will be responsible for facilitating business planning tools, generating quality information and providing operational support to Category Merchandising team to achieve company’s business goal in accordance with the divisional KPI’s.Task 1: Merchandising Planning Tools and Operational SupportOwn and manage merchandising planning tools and database, including forecasting / visual range planning tools, sample portals, product line list, price maintenance and division share point. Plan and align Order Placement Calendar, followed by actual launch date alignment based on the actual shipment status.Design, improve and maintain a new business solution tool(s). Engage with stakeholders to provide necessary operational support, when required.Task 2: Business AnalysisProvide quality analytics on sell-in and sell-thru, range architecture, margin projection and any critical business reports either via MS Office or PowerBI. Continue to build Merchandising dashboard to have a real time business update. Generate regular reports in a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis.
